Dizenly vs Expandi
Both tools shorten the distance between a list and a conversation. They disagree about who presses the button, and almost every other difference follows from that one.
Pick Expandi if…
Pick Expandi if outreach volume is the constraint, you are comfortable running automation on your LinkedIn accounts, and your list is already qualified.
Pick Dizenly if…
Pick Dizenly if the constraint is knowing who to contact first, if nobody on the team can explain why one prospect outranks another, or if an account restriction would genuinely hurt.
Every claim about Expandi below was checked against their own pages on 30 September 2026, and is re-checked quarterly.
Side by side
Expandi takes several of these rows. A comparison where one tool wins everything is an advert, not a comparison.
| Criterion | Dizenly | Expandi |
|---|---|---|
| Who performs the LinkedIn action | A person on your team, from their own account, working a queue that is already sorted. | Expandi, from the cloud, on a dedicated IP. |
| Account riskDizenly leads | No automated LinkedIn action, so there is no automation for LinkedIn to detect. | Managed rather than avoided: profile warm-up, limit ranges and a country-based IP. |
| Outreach volumeExpandi leads | Bounded by what a person can do in a day. That is the trade. | Higher. This is what the product is built for. |
| QualificationDizenly leads | Nine weighted factors totalling 100, a 0-100 score, and a written reason stored with every prospect. | Not the focus. You bring a list you have already decided is good. |
| Why a prospect is at the top of the queueDizenly leads | Readable on the record, and the weights behind it are editable. | Whatever order your list was in. |
| MultichannelExpandi leads | LinkedIn plus email from the owner’s own Gmail. | LinkedIn plus email, with more sequencing options. |
| Setup timeExpandi leads | Import and score on day one; the first message usually waits until you have read the ranking. | Expandi advertises a first campaign in 15 minutes. |
| Pricing model | Per outreach owner. $299/month for Team and Growth, up to 10 owners. | $99/month per account, 20% off annually. Checked 30 September 2026. |
| Free trialDizenly leads | 14 days. | 7 days. |
| CRM integrationExpandi leads | None today. Gmail, Sheets, Excel and CSV only. | More connectors, and a longer track record of them. |
When Expandi is the better choice
These are real cases, not a hedge. If one of them describes you, we would rather you bought the right tool than bought ours and left in three months.
- Expandi
You already know exactly who to contact and the only thing missing is throughput. Scoring will not help you and Expandi will be faster.
- Expandi
You need volume across many accounts, and the commercial upside outweighs the account risk. That is a legitimate trade and Expandi is built for it.
- Expandi
You want a campaign live this afternoon. Dizenly wants you to read the first ranking before you send anything, which is slower on purpose.
- Expandi
You need CRM connectors now. Dizenly has none, and saying otherwise would be a lie you would discover in week one.
Questions about Dizenly and Expandi
The things people ask before they switch, including the uncomfortable ones.
Want us to be blunt?
Tell us what you run today and how big the list is. If Expandi is the better fit we will say so on the call.
Is Expandi unsafe?
That is the wrong framing. Expandi builds real mitigations - profile warm-up, limit ranges, a dedicated IP - because automating LinkedIn carries risk and they know it. The difference is that mitigation reduces a risk while not automating removes it. Which matters depends on how much an account restriction would cost you.
Can I use both?
Some teams do: Dizenly to decide who is worth contacting and what to say, another tool to execute at volume. Nothing stops it, and we will not pretend it is a strange thing to want.
Which is cheaper?
Expandi’s headline number is lower, and it is charged per LinkedIn account. Dizenly is charged per outreach owner and includes the scoring engine. Below about three accounts Expandi is cheaper; the comparison shifts as the team grows, and it shifts further if you would otherwise buy a separate enrichment or scoring tool.
