Answers, without opening a ticket
Every question we are asked in the first ten minutes - and the ones that come later. 26 answers, grouped by what you are trying to do.
Getting started
Set-up, importing your first list, and what the platform needs from you.
3 questions
Where do the prospects come from?
Any Excel or CSV export you already have - Sales Navigator lists, event attendees, conference lists, your own research. Uploads are cumulative: a second upload of 500 records adds to the existing 1,000 rather than replacing them.
What happens to duplicates?
They are detected on LinkedIn URL, email address, or name plus company, then merged or updated instead of duplicated. Every import keeps its own history so you can always see where a record came from.
How long does it take to get running?
The platform itself is built. Setup is your company profile, your Ideal Customer Profile and your outreach owners - a short onboarding, then your first import and first scored queue.
Scoring and qualification
How the match score is produced, and how much of it you control.
2 questions
Can we change how prospects are scored?
Yes. All nine factor weights and the qualification threshold are editable in Settings, and prospects can be rescored against the new model - no development work involved.
Is the AI just guessing a number?
No. Deterministic rules handle the structural matching - role, geography, company size - and AI handles the semantic judgement. Both feed one weighted model, and the breakdown plus the exact input data are stored with every prospect.
Outreach and compliance
What gets sent, how much, and what the platform will not do on your behalf.
3 questions
Do we need LinkedIn API access to use this?
No. The platform ships with a human-assisted action queue: Dizenly decides who to contact and drafts what to say, and your team performs the LinkedIn action from their own account. If official API access is granted later, the connector replaces those manual steps and nothing else in the platform changes.
What if a reply is ambiguous?
It is tagged Neutral, which pauses the sequence and returns the prospect to the pool for a later follow-up cycle. The system never sends the next message before a reply has been classified.
How many people will it contact per day?
Exactly the number you set. The daily limit is configurable globally and per owner. Unused capacity rolls into the next cycle and prospects keep their rank rather than moving to the back of the queue.
Billing and plans
Pricing, switching plans and what happens when you outgrow one.
6 questions
Is annual billing really 20% cheaper?
Yes. Switching a plan to annual billing takes 20% off the monthly rate; the toggle above shows the resulting monthly-equivalent price along with the total billed once a year.
Can we switch plans later?
Yes. You can move up or down a tier at your next billing cycle. Prospects, scoring configuration and history carry over - nothing is reset by a plan change.
What happens if we go over our daily outreach limit or prospect count?
Outreach simply queues for the next cycle rather than failing - prospects keep their rank instead of moving to the back of the line. If you consistently exceed your prospect count, we will flag it before charging anything extra.
Do you offer a free trial?
There is no self-serve trial today. A 20-minute demo loads a sample of your own list so you can see a real scored, ranked queue before committing to a plan.
Is there a setup fee?
The Team and Growth plan has no setup fee. Enterprise implementation - data residency, custom connectors, dedicated environment - is scoped and quoted with the Dizenly team as part of onboarding.
How is Enterprise pricing calculated?
By owner count, prospect volume, and which approved-API connectors and compliance requirements you need. Talk to us and we will put together a quote against your actual numbers.
For sales teams
Give every rep a queue that is already ranked, already assigned and already personalised.
3 questions
Does this replace our CRM?
No. Dizenly sits before the CRM in the funnel - it decides who to contact, in what order, and drafts the first message. Qualified conversations still land in your CRM the way they do today; a direct export or sync is on the near-term roadmap.
How does territory or account ownership stay respected?
Criteria-based allocation routes a prospect to the rep who already owns that territory, industry or account before round-robin or capacity rules ever apply, so existing ownership rules are never overridden.
What happens when a rep is out sick or on leave?
Pause their outreach owner profile in Settings and their share of the queue redistributes to the rest of the team on the next allocation cycle - nothing sits untouched waiting for them to come back.
For agencies
Run every client mandate as its own scored, ranked motion.
3 questions
Can data from one client ever reach another?
No. Each client mandate has its own company profile, ICP, prospect database and outreach owner assignments. Scoring, queueing and message drafting all run inside that boundary - there is no shared list to leak from.
How much setup does a new client mandate take?
The same onboarding as any new account: a company profile and an Ideal Customer Profile for that client. It is a short, repeatable setup step, not a development task, so bringing on a new mandate does not need engineering time.
Can we report client-by-client without extra work?
Yes. Because pipeline, scoring and outreach are already segmented by client, the dashboard filters straight down to a single mandate - the same view you would hand over in a client status call.
For recruiters
Score candidates against the role you are filling and hiring managers against your business-development criteria.
3 questions
Are candidates and hiring managers scored by the same model?
No. Candidate scoring runs against the live requisition's requirements - skills, seniority, availability. Hiring-manager and company scoring runs against a separate business-development ICP. They are two independent configurations, not one blended score.
How is candidate data handled?
Candidate records are stored and scored the same way any prospect record is - with a full audit trail of what was captured and when. Your existing candidate-data and consent obligations under applicable recruitment and data-protection rules still apply; Dizenly does not change what you are permitted to hold or contact.
Can one requisition draw from more than one desk?
Yes. Criteria-based allocation can be configured per requisition, so a cross-functional search pulls candidates sourced by more than one specialist desk into a single ranked pipeline.
For founders
You do not need a sales team to run a ranked, personalised outbound motion.
3 questions
Do I need a sales team to use this?
No. Dizenly works with a single outreach owner - you. Scoring, ranking, allocation and sequencing all run the same way whether there is one person behind them or twenty.
How much time does this take each day?
Around the time it takes to review and send a small, fixed daily queue - most founders set this to somewhere between five and fifteen prospects, which is roughly fifteen to twenty-five minutes with the opener already drafted.
Can I pause it during a busy week?
Yes. Drop your daily limit to zero or pause outreach entirely in Settings. Nothing is lost - prospects keep their rank and re-enter the queue at the top when you turn it back on.
