How Dizenly turns LinkedIn into a steady stream of conversations

Four setup steps, once. Then a daily loop that finds, ranks and reaches the right people, and hands every reply to you.

Setup, once

  1. 1

    Tell Dizenly about your business

Paste your company website. Dizenly reads your homepage, About, Team, Services and case-study pages. It then pre-fills your profile: what you offer, how you deliver, your projects and testimonials, and your positioning. Every field it filled is marked " AI", so you know what to check. Change anything, and it saves as you go. Takes about 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    Describe your ideal customer

Pick the industry, roles, regions and company size you sell to. Add the pain points you solve and anything to avoid. Dizenly turns that into a precise target: the job titles, seniority and signals that mean a good fit. Add as many ideal-customer profiles as you have segments, and rank them.

  3. 3

    Connect your LinkedIn account

Add the Dizenly browser extension and sign in to LinkedIn once. Dizenly gives the account its own secure connection and never asks for or stores your password. Confirm your profile, and connect Sales Navigator if you use it. Teammates can connect their accounts too.

  4. 4

Let Dizenly learn (about 3 days, hands-off)

Dizenly reads your connections and past conversations at a gentle pace, inside working hours. From them it learns two things: Brand Voice: your offer, your proof, how you handle objections, and what never to claim. Personal voice: how you write — how you open, your rhythm, how you sign off. A progress bar shows when the account will be ready.

Questions about the run

What happens on day one, where a person steps in, and what the pipeline does with everything it does not queue.

Want to see it on your own list?

Bring a list and an ICP. Thirty minutes is enough to see the scoring run and judge the ranking.

How long before the first message goes out?

Most teams import and score on day one. Whether you send on day one is your call - the first run is worth reading before you approve it, because that is when you find out if your ICP is written the way you actually sell.

Which steps need a person?

Two of the nine. A person performs the LinkedIn action, and a person approves the AI-drafted opener before it sends. Everything else - import, enrichment, scoring, ranking, allocation, queueing and reply classification - runs without anyone touching it.

What if the score disagrees with my gut?

Read the reason. Every score is stored with a written explanation of which of the nine factors carried it and which held it back. If the reason is sound and the ranking still looks wrong, the weights are wrong for your business - change them in Settings and the whole queue re-orders.

What happens to prospects below the threshold?

They are parked, not deleted. They keep their score and their reason, and they are re-scored automatically whenever your ICP, your weights or their own data change. A prospect who does not qualify in March can qualify in June without anyone re-importing them.

Does the daily limit hold the whole pipeline back?

It sets the pace, deliberately. Anything that does not fit today rolls into tomorrow keeping its rank, so a high-scoring prospect never falls to the back of the line because the day was full. The limit is per owner or global, and you set it.

See it run on a list you actually own.

Bring one export and the sentence you use to describe your best customer. In half an hour you will know whether the ranking matches your own judgement.
