Dizenly vs HeyReach

HeyReach solves the volume problem by adding senders. Dizenly solves the selection problem so fewer sends are needed. Neither is a substitute for the other, and the right answer depends on which problem you have.

Pick HeyReach if…

Pick HeyReach if you run many LinkedIn accounts - an agency with a seat per client, or a team pooling senders - and the bottleneck is how many messages you can put out.

Pick Dizenly if…

Pick Dizenly if the bottleneck is deciding who is worth a message at all, or if adding senders would just mean contacting more of the wrong people faster.

HeyReach takes several of these rows. A comparison where one tool wins everything is an advert, not a comparison.

When HeyReach is the better choice

These are real cases, not a hedge. If one of them describes you, we would rather you bought the right tool than bought ours and left in three months.

  • HeyReach

You are an agency running LinkedIn for a dozen clients and need a sender pool per client. HeyReach is built for exactly that; Dizenly is not.

  • HeyReach

Your lists are already well qualified and the only missing thing is reach.

  • HeyReach

Flat-fee pricing across unlimited senders is the commercial model you want, which is a real and defensible reason to choose a tool.

Questions about Dizenly and HeyReach

The things people ask before they switch, including the uncomfortable ones.

Want us to be blunt?

Tell us what you run today and how big the list is. If HeyReach is the better fit we will say so on the call.

HeyReach says it is the safest way. Is that wrong?

It is a fair claim about what they do, which is spreading volume across senders so no single account carries all of it. That genuinely lowers per-account risk. It is a different claim from not automating, which is what Dizenly does. Both sentences can be true at once.

Can Dizenly handle an agency with ten clients?

Yes for the scoring side: each client gets its own ICP and its own weighting, and each queue stays sorted on its own terms. If what you need is a pool of sender accounts per client, HeyReach is the better fit and we would say so on a call.

How current are these figures?
